How do I fix my laptop keyboard?

Almost all my keys on my Lenovo 3000-C100 3000-C200 series laptop keyboard are pressing the key above it or the left or right of it. For exmaple, when I press Q, it turns on Caps lock and puts a capital Q and when I press it again it puts a small q. Another exmaple is when I press m, mj is typed. It does this for almost all the keys except backspace, what should I do? I am using a Toshiba model Lenovo 3000-C100 if that helps somehow.
