McIlroy tied for 25th and complained ever-changing weather
July 18, after the full penalty of the weekend ended, defeated by the weather

After winning the U.S. Open, 22-year-old McIlroy as favorites to win the Royal
St. George, but the combination of factors, plus the "original" links course
let him feel very confused.Ping G15 Irons
Into the weekend, McIlroy's score is of even par, but once the big wind blow,
his challenges for the leaderboard will be over. Saturday, he handed over 74,
and he surrendered 73 on Sunday, ending his four rounds, his score is 287,
seven over par.Ping G10 irons
When Sunday the wind blowing his little ball of the seventh hole on green and
led him to a penalty stroke, he has reason to curse the bad weather tormented
him the entire week. Indeed, the moment McIlroy could not be more trouble. He
faced a birdie putt, as it has been aiming the ball, the wind was blowing the
ball, and he can only push a par. He bogeyed in the final, and therefore the
loss of power.
"Today the seventh hole, when my ball is moving, I am a bit lost." McIlroy
said, "You looked at that 8-foot birdie putt, but all of a sudden, it became a
push Par. Then I have a little idea of scrambling, as a result I missed the
push, and finally swallowed a bogey."
While loyal fans followed behind, McIlroy bogeyed at the 17th hole and the
18th hole, he could not help but be angry. Indeed, it is a very different
result with last month's U.S. Open. At Congressional Country Club, he scored
eight victory.
